Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Finally, a true connection between fitness and brain activity. And it makes learning more fun.

Common uses for fitness balls include balance exercises, ab workouts, and other weightlifting fitness activities. Now studies are showing that brains stay focused better and for longer periods of time if core muscles are firing. This is valuable to a student with a learning disability such as attention deficate disorder.

Bringing fitness balls into the classroom will allow students to stay engaged longer, making learning easier (and more fun).

Sitting in a classroom full of desks and chairs facing the front of the room is 19th century learning. Let's skip over 20th century learning had look to the future with innovative ways of keeping students involved and engaged in the educational process.
