"Have you ever read "Le Petit Prince?" If not, then you should. My middle schoolers need to read this classic French novel so they can learn to 'stop and smell the roses!'

Our school district is facing a multi-million dollar deficit this year and is unable to provide extra reading materials for the students. I want them to be able to learn to love the French language and culture, and the textbook just doesn't quite do it.

"Le Petit Prince" is one of the best books ever written. It teaches us that we all need to 'stop and smell the roses,' or enjoy all aspects of life, and not take for granted all the wonderful and beautiful things life has to offer. This book helped me learn French and changed my life. I want it to do the same for my students!

Thank you so much for your support! I am continually amazed by the generosity of others, especially concerning education. Le Petit Prince is an amazing novel, and I believe the lessons it teaches will stay with my students for the rest of their lives.

There is a saying in my home state: "Stack 'em deep, and teach 'em cheap!" I couldn't disagree more, and I'm grateful to all of you for recognizing the greater vision in public education.

As St. Exupéry says, "Grown-ups never understand anything by themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them." I'm so grateful that you understand.
