Starving artists looking to make their personal documentaries! I teach 10th grade Global History and 12th grade Government and Economics at a high-need school in New York.

This year our school will have its first graduating class. I have many students who want to go on to college to major in Art, Audio/Visual Communications, and Film Studies. Some application requirements mandate that students prepare their own short film, video essay, or documentary. Unfortunately, our school does not have the budget to afford a teacher or supplies toward this end.

Here is where you come in! My students need a Panasonic camcorder (with 5 accessories ranging from a case to an extra battery) to capture the best of who they are and their talents! All of my students will be able to use the camcorder on a rotating basis to complete their necessary projects.

With your help, you can ensure that a lack of technology will not stop low income students from pursuing majors of their dreams in college! These students will showcase their talent, energy, and motivation through this project!
