It's Snowing In My Classroom!!!

My students need season related items to further enhance their understanding of the topic.

Greetings I am a pre-kindergarten teacher at an elementary school. Most of the children attending this school come from low-income families, so it is important to me to provide my students with quality hands-on materials. In my class there are 19 four and five year-olds who are eager to learn and thrive in an environment that is conducive to learning. I am writing this proposal in an effort to obtain season related items, such as weather puzzles and instant snow. I am requesting the season and weather puzzle set in order to enhance my student's one-to-one correspondence and problem solving skills. The weather and seasons learning centers and the seasons sort and match game will help my students with sorting objects by season. I particularly like the sort and match game because my students can match the objects with and without picture cues. Finally, I requested the super snow so my students can explore temperature, absorption, and texture. Thanks again for taking the time to read my proposal, my students and I appreciate your time and consideration.
