I teach an energetic group of third graders in the heart of a high-needs community in North Carolina.

As part of our literacy and math instruction every day, my students work through stations. After they complete the required station of the day, I would love to offer extension activities which can be completed at their seats. With the variety of activities in the books listed below, students will be able to choose an activity of their choice. As their teacher, I can rest easy knowing that no matter which activity a student may choose, it will help to strengthen and develop valuable literacy or math skills.

The Take it to Your Seat activities listed below will allow for students to choose independent enrichment activities to work on once their required station work is complete. These tools will be an incredible opportunity for my students to learn more about reading, writing, and math.
