I teach kindergarten in a high need, highly diverse newly formed K-8 school of nearly 900 students within a school population of 36 languages, an autism inclusion program, a developmental and transitional kindergarten and a Head Start preschool.

My kindergarten classroom has a stage which is used by an after school drama program that benefits our whole school. It requires furniture that can be moved out of the way. This means that all of the hands-on instructional items need to be on shelving that is accessible but handily movable.

This particular lock and fold storage system would be just the ticket to solving this current space problem. It would keep the hands-on items close at hand for daily instructional times but also allow for mobility that would keep our fledging drama program alive!

Your generosity would allow for two instructional programs to function simultaneously! The full-day kindergarten would keep its vitality with its hands-on items accessible and available for daily instruction! The fledging after school drama program would be able to present its dramatic performances both during and after the school day! This whole school population of nearly 900 students would benefit with both programs intact!
