I have been teaching for 17 years and still love it as much as the day I started. I've only been teaching 5th grade for the past three years. As the language arts teacher, I see all three fifth grade classes every day. The latest buzzword in language arts is digital storytelling. Students write an original story and then transform it into a movie on the computer. One of the components includes using photography to enhance the stories. I have my own camera but the wait can take some time. It would be amazing if I could give each group of students an HP digital camera to use at the same time. They say that children now are digital learners. In order to maximize their potential, I need to have the technology available. You can help make that possible!
