Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I work at a high-need school. I teach Character Education to all six hundred students on my morning news show and in all thirty classrooms. My goal is to use these books with members of the student council team-teaching, modeling and reinforcing good character at my school.

We only have a few books on Character Education in our library that we all have to share. The school counselor needs a set of books on Character Development.

My students need a set of books on Character Education that the student council members can use to lead classroom discussions.

Your help will ensure that my students will have a quality set of Character Education books which will be used to initiate discussions about good character. With student council members leading this educational program on our morning news show and in the classrooms, I expect to observe an increase in strong, positive character development among our students.
