I teach third graders in an urban, magnet school setting. Our students are required to wear uniforms, and we teach children from every economic background,

My students are bright, creative, and I need to challenge them constantly! They are also lacking in some of the resources that I am hoping to offer them, with your help!

My third graders are an amazing group of children that need daily motivational opportunities to keep them on the right track! I am hoping to start a new writing program with them, utilizing excellent mentor texts to present each specific trait. Each writing skill area will be introduced with literature that allows my children to see first-rate writing! After practice and immersion my students will become the amazing writers I know they can be!

You are the solution to the problems that my students and I are facing! I can purchase materials, and I have done so time and time again, but what we need is greater than my resources can handle! Please add to our library of literature that will provide my third graders with the skills they need to become proficient and creative writers (and readers)!
