I teach K-3rd grade special education for a diversely populated school. Movies that matter will influence the motivation for my students to read but will also grow their literacy development.

Our camera is broken and we need to continue our quest to make books sound interesting for struggling readers by getting a new camera and continuing to make movie previews for books.

By creating movie and video previews for books, students influence and motivate other students to read those books by creating good movie previews about the books they have read and liked. Consider it marketing of books by students for students.

Your help will ensure that my students will fall in love with reading and literacy but will also become inspired to spread the word about good books and great literacy through these movie previews.
