My students need 30 copies of the book "Lord of the Flies", the audio book, and teacher's guide.

Students will not only be "Royal Readers," but they will be royally excited to read the highly revered Lord of the Flies.

My students are incredibly eager to read books of high quality, especially after our recent "Award Winning" book projects. Students have been reading books that have earned awards like the Coretta Scott King Award or the ALA Award. For many of them, the caliber of these books is a new experience. Lord of the Flies is like the Holy Grail of exceptional literature!

Having a class set of Lord of the Flies would allow students to have their own copies to take home to read and to prevent them from checking out books from any and all local libraries or personally purchasing them! Plus, the audio would allow my special education students and auditory learners to experience the novel through differentiation.

Reading a book should be royal! Lord of the Flies leaves such an impression on the minds of its readers, it should be considered required reading!
