I usually teach 12th grade English class, but I also have a yearbook class that includes 10th, 11th, and 12th graders.

We take yearbook very seriously because we love it so much, but it's difficult to have good pictures when are cameras are just unprofessional digital cameras. It's also expensive. Since we don't have good cameras we have to pay someone to take group shots for us. It gets really crazy here over the yearbook.

Receiving a SLR digital camera would make things so much easier on us because we would have the luxury of taking yearbook worthy photos, without the expensive cost. It will also give students a chance to work with the camera and learn how to operate a professional camera.

Your assistance will enable my students to take wonderful pictures for a yearbook that will satisfy the students, and the school.
