Hello I teach high school student hip hop dance.My intention for this program is to make kids understand that anything can be accomplished with a little hard work and determination.The focus is to also teach the kids the history of hip hop and how hip hop has influences a lot of art.I wanted to show them that the music they have grown up to listening to help decide a lot of America's political as well.All while teaching them how to dance and move their body.

My student face many difficult challenges that put a strain on the learning process such as lack of equipment do to there being no money in the budget for my program. My students are very diligent and strive to do the best even though we struggle to do what is required of us.There are many places that have seen what i can do and would like to see my kids perform but can't due to the lack of equipment needed to show our community the good things that our young kids can accomplish.

Most of the equipment I need is for practicing purposes so that we can grow and perform at our school event to the best of our ability.Also to keep up with my students work because I give a lot of assignment because I believe hard work is the key to success.This equipment will serve as the momentum my kids need to boost their spirits and working harder then they have ever worked before.

My student would greatly appreciate this and you would finally bring that inner light that I know is inside of them to the for front.You would be making a gigantic difference in this class and they feel that nobody will help this school but I say there is a chance that anything can happen.When there is a will there is a way and that is my class motto since this class has started none of my kids have given up on me so i won't give up on them.
