"We are a 6-8th grade middle school located in a high-need community in Missouri. We are trying to promote environmental awareness and responsibility with our kids by recycling paper. Our community has a monthly pick-up of paper to be recycled. This is the only convenient recycling resource offered.

For the past several years our school has been recycling their paper. The efforts have started to dwindle due to lack of storage space for the paper to be recycled and inconvenience of collecting and transferring paper when the "Recycle Guy" makes his monthly pick-up.

We need a 50 gallon roll-out recycling container that can be centrally located in the school as a place for the classroom containers to be emptied and easily transported to the "Recycle Guy's" truck.

Your help will make our paper recycling efforts more visible and convenient for students to be actively involved. By promoting recycling in our school, these students are becoming aware of what recycling is, how they can recycle, and by instilling the instinct to recycle before throwing something in the trash.

My students need a 50 gallon roll out recycle container with lid. The cost of this proposal is $176, which includes shipping for any materials requested and fulfillment ?."

Dear Brenda W., Grace Bonner, Adrian and Disney's Planet Challenge,

Thank you so much for your generous donations toward the 50 gallon recycling bin! This recycle container will make my students' efforts to recycle and be responsible citizens easier. They will now have a central location to deposit paper to be recycled from their classrooms. The container will also make it easier to transport the paper to the truck which stops once a month to pick up our paper.

Students today need every opportunity to become aware of ways to do good for their community and to build habits that they will use as they grow into adults. Thanks for supporting our students!

With gratitude,
Mrs. K.
