Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach in a wonderful school in an up and coming school district. I teach second grade, however, the materials that I am requesting will help bridge the economic disadvantage my students at my inner city economically challenged school face daily. This will truly benefit every deserving children in my classroom.

We have ancient equipment at our school. I think my overhead is older than I am. Talk about outdated technology. This is considered advanced technology in our world. I need to bring my classroom, students, and teaching into the 21st century! I need to be able to display information that all children in my classrooms can see. I need to present information to my students in a format that is current technology.

With the use of the document cameras my students will be able to display pictures, documents, and work that ALL children will be able to see. Talk about a powerful impact to education and my students. WOW!

Please fund this for my children. I know that I teach the future doctors, scientists, nurses, teachers, and IT employees. You have the power to make the difference in the lives of these disadvantaged students. PLEASE consider making the difference.
