"Hey, hey, what do you say? We want to learn the musical way! I am a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at a Title 1 public school in Virgina.
My class room is the first school experience for many of my students, including day care or preschool. Only a few weeks in, I have already noticed that my students have not been exposed to classic Nursery Rhymes, ABC songs, or the simple joy of moving to music.
I am requesting the following CD libraries: We All Live Together with Greg and Steve, the Best of Hap Palmer, and the Best of Raffi. These cd's have songs that will teach the alphabet, letter sounds, numbers, counting, rhyming, following directions, self awareness, and many other skills.
With your help, I will use these resources in the classroom to encourage my students to sing and have fun, which I believe are crucial and wonderful parts of learning. Please lend my a hand in bringing the experience of singing, dancing, and moving to my students and help me foster in them a life-long appreciation for music.
My students need a Best of Hap Palmer CD Library, a Best of Raffi CD Library and a We All Live Together with Greg & Steve CD Library.

Dear Trisha,
Thank you so much for your generous donations to my proposal "Twist And Shout, Help Us Out!"The CD libraries have nearly 200 songs that reinforce concepts that my students need to know before entering kindergarten. We have already rocked and rolled to "The Number Rock" to learn to count to 20, learned to follow directions with "Simon Says," learned our colors with "The Color Song," andpracticed our ABC's with "ABC Rock."
These CD libraries will provide hours of learning for many years to come.
Thank you again for your generous donations and for your support of public education.
With gratitude, Mrs. E.

Dear Trisha,
Thank you all for your generous donations to "Twist And Shout, Help Us Out!" I am excited to use the new music libraries to enhance my students' learning, both academically and socially.
I am so grateful for people like you who support public education and learning. Please trust that this music collection will brighten many children's lives on a daily basis.
I can't wait for the arrival of these materials. We will twist and shout for hours!
Reviewed the project essay and sent follow-up questions if needed.

"I gave to this project because... my nephew, Xavion Hill, is in this class. I believe in Music Education for all children. No child should ever have to go without educationally. I hope your class and you meet your goal, Pammie. - Auntie"
