A large percent of my students are learning English as a second language. My students are out going, inquisitive and creative.
For students that are extremely outgoing and love to get involved in projects stories of other peoples lives can sometimes be difficult to concentrate on. I needed to find away to make them part of the history. After much thought decided the to create a "museum" of sorts were the students will be the exhibits. They will research famous people in Nevada's history, dress up as that person, and present their findings to the class. The problem is our school does not have accesses to research material for our famous Nevadans. We need books.
Please help me make history come alive for my students by providing us with these books. HIDE My students need 6 book titless that support our history in order to research and create projects about famous Nevadans.
