Listen and Learn and have FUN! I teach kindergarten children in a school where many of the children are having their first experience in a school setting. Seventy percent of the children are learning English as a Second Language.

I want to bring stories to life! Many of the children have not listened to stories using a listening center prior to kindergarten. I want to use this new experience to teach the children nursery rhymes and how to follow along while listening to a story or rhyme.

I need Read-Along Storytelling Kits. Each storytelling kit consists of a CD, book, and character props. The children will listen and learn to follow along with a story and they will be able to retell the story by using the character props. These items will sustain and gain the interests of the many children that are learning English as a Second Language and will help many children learn and become very familiar with stories.

Please help kindergarten children to "Listen and Learn". Your help will make it possible for kindergarten children to read stories, follow along with a story and retell stories using character props. They will listen and turn pages and retell stories and nursery rhymes.
