Success is sometimes measured in small triumphs. Hello, I am a special education teacher that currently teaches in a middle school. My classroom is very diverse and full of energy.

Our school (and school system) has a high percentage of low-income families who don't have much, so when the bell rings at 3:30 school work is the least of their worries. That is why I must make the most of the time I have with them. Since my students have a wide range of ability levels, it is important that every student gets attention and has their specific needs met. With technology this is possibly.

With technology kids are able to have fun learning, which takes their minds off their difficult home life and motivates them to want to do better. There is technology out there that kids can use in school and at home that reinforces positive work. There are many games, like buzzers and quiz games, that motivate kids while learning.

With your help ALL my students will be able to come together and learn through the use motivational technology and their own team-work.
