My students have expressed to me, over the three years that I have taught them, a great interest in visiting New York City. They are hungry and eager to view the sights, study the history, and observe the cultural diversity of one of our nation's greatest cities. On this trip, my students would be able to tour the Statue of Liberty and understand their own freedoms in a life-changing way. They will get to view amazing one-of-a-kind artwork in the famous Museum of Modern Art. They will also get to visit and pay respects at the site of the World Trade Center attacks (also known as Ground Zero). My students will forever be changed by this experience. Your help will allow my students to experience all of the things that make New York City the great city that it is. Not only that, but they will be able to understand the cultural and political history of our great nation, all because of you! hide» My students need a class trip for four gifted students and four chaperones to New York in order to experience the cultural, theatrical, and historical significance of a great American city. Requested are the costs for these attractions: Tour of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, NBC Studios, Movie Locations, Museum of Modern Art, Madame Tussuad's Wax Museum, and Rockefeller Tower details»
