I teach 2nd grade in a public school in a rural community. As a general classroom teacher, I teach all major subject areas: language arts, math, science, social studies.

My class is eager to read chapter books, but still need support as they increase their reading vocabulary and stamina. They are very interested in the Magic Tree House series!

To increase their comprehension and fluency skills (which will enable them to read on a higher level), the students need books on CD to provide them the necessary support as they begin this important phase of their learning.

By funding this project, you will help instill a love for reading in my students and make a difference in their future academic endeavors!
