"My music classroom is a high-energy, active, hands on environment where students are learning to play musical instruments such as the guitar. Our school is filled with enthusiastic seventh and eighth grade students who are eager to learn about performing music. Many of our students simply cannot afford to purchase musical instruments. The school does own a precious few instruments, however, we lack enough instruments to outfit an entire class of students, and the few we do own have fallen into a state of disrepair due to constant use day in and day out. We need 3 new acoustic guitars to help supplement our program with the proper materials in good working order. This will allow students the opportunity to better prepare for music proficiency testing and also be more prepared for rehearsals and performances. Your generosity and kindness will enable more students to experience music and begin to eliminate the need for three or more students to share one guitar.
My students need 3 classical acoustic guitars.

Dear Elaine, M. Giant and M. Edium, Kim, Cindy, Amie, Donna, Elizabeth and Anonymous Donor,
Thank you all so much for your generous support of our music classroom. It is encouraging to see such devotion to enhancing the education of our young adults. This donation helps my students have greater access to music education and realistic, hands-on musical experience. We are one step closer to having one guitar per student during each class and thereby eliminating the need for students to share guitars. Thank you all again so much! With gratitude, Mr. K.
