My students have seen document cameras in use. During a persuasive writing assignment, one asked me to provide one that would allow them to share their ideas and projects so the entire class could see. As well as allow them to see all that I am doing. "They would feel like they were in the right century!" This would serve my students by allowing them to take an even more "hands-on" approach to their learning. It is beneficial as I stay away from textbook teaching and this would allow them to see all that is going on. As a donor, you have the ability to empower my students to leap into their learning!
