MORE "I teach 1st through 5th grade students in a Science Lab setting. My students respond well to the hands-on learning that occurs in my classroom.
I would love to teach students more about alternative energy sources, but I don't have the materials. I teach electricity and weather to fourth grade students, but don't have a way to connect the two subjects. What a wonderful thing this would be -- wind energy producing electricity! Fifth grade students learn about energy, force, and motion. Wouldn't this be a fantastic way to show the practical uses of force and motion being used to create energy! I need three Energy Alternatives Kits. These kits contain the supplies I need to enable my fourth and fifth grade students to explore alternative energy sources within their curriculum. Your help will ensure that my students learn about alternative energy sources and their applications. Who knows? Maybe someday one of these students will invent a way to produce energy without harming our environment! HIDE My students need 3 Energy Alternatives Kits.
