"I am fortunate to teach kindergarten at a high poverty, high needs school in Colorado.
My students face the ever present obstacle of no funds for schools. The district and their families have no money to provide essential materials for my students. Our math curriculum provides no essential manipulatives, and this is the best way for my students to learn. Hands on activities provide the ability for students to expand the skills beyond the book and we just don't have these resources and are in desperate need of them.
My students need essential math manipulatives and centers that will enable them to build concrete math skills using hands on materials for a more engaging learning experience. They are in need of manipulatives for counting that can be used for sorting and patterning. They also need shape manipulatives to be used at centers and finally they need books and manipulatives to work on counting skills.
Your generosity will ensure my students have essential materials to expand on our curriculum and build concrete math skills that they will use for the rest of their lives.
My students need 13 Math resources, including 2 sets of Count with Me! Magnetic Books, an Add-A-Frog Math Kit and a Hands-On Measuring Center.

Dear Keira, Patty, Brian, Michelle and Karen,
My class and I would like to thank you for your kindness and generosity. You have given my students amazing materials that have excited them and given hem access to math enrichment. My students so often struggle with math and now they are excited about it.
The skills my students are receiving from these materials is making a difference. I see it in their work and in their faces. Math is so important, and they are getting it.My students wanted me to tell you thanks so much.
I also would like to thank you for caring about children that you don't even know. These children are so very lucky to have people as generous and kind as you are out in the world.
With gratitude, Mrs. W.

Dear Keira, Patty, Brian, Michelle and Karen,
My class and I would like to thank you for your generosity and giving. My students have so much to look forward to with these great math manipulative's. Our district is truly struggling with math and adopting a new math curriculum. These materials that you have provided for my students will allow for so much math growth and enrichment.
It is truly through the generosity of people like you that allows for our students to grow. learn and experience more than they ever could have before. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity, especially during the holiday season.
"The Tomato Nation wants you and your students to succeed now, and for the rest of their many years in school. Good luck and have fun with your new supplies!"
"Thanks to HP and TomatioNation Bet Red! There's nothing as important as inspiring kids about school and learning while they're young, and hands-on activities are the way to do it. "
