Building with Lego blocks requires a good sense of imagination and creativity. These are areas that are sometimes overlooked with the rigors of test prep. Having Lego blocks will allow my students to work together and let their imaginations run wild. I am looking forward to seeing all their amazing constructions.
A portion of our social studies curriculum focuses on colonial times. Upon researching the make-up of a colonial town, I plan on having the students create their own Lego communities. They will have to incorporate all of the shops which they feel are vital for the success of their community. My students will also write about their Lego communities.
Won't you please help my students have a little fun and allow them to really use their imaginations?
My students need lego blocks, and 2 packs of lego people. HIDELive Updates
