This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
I inspire students to love to read because being a good reader will allow them to succeed in all aspects of their future regardless of their present economic conditions.
My students are eager to expand their reading skills but lack the necessary books. They need a variety of on level books to spark their interest, while excelling their reading skills.
This classroom library rich with inspiring biographies and fiction to encourage young students to explore their own possibilities, will not only help to increase their vocabulary and reading skills, but will help them READ AND SUCCEED in their future.
