Abstinence: a choice you do have. I am a junior high school counselor serving grades 7 and 8. I have the pleasure of teaching character education in our school. I have wonderful students that love my character ed lessons. I am asking for a basic need in the character ed world, which is paper. I have so much information to share with these students regarding great character traits but I do not have the paper to copy it on. We are a small rural district in Mississippi with a very low tax base.

I have many valuable resources that I have collected over the 17 years of my counseling career. The simple gift of paper would enable me to provide the students with abstinence and character guides.

I need 20 reams of copy paper. This gift will supply our needs for the year. Abstinence education will enable our students to be healthy and ensure them with a successful start to their future.

You will enable these students to understand the true meaning of abstinence and healthy lifestyle choices. A - avoids pressure B - better judgement S - set limits T - trust I - independence N - no worries E - emotionally healthy N - no diseases C - chance for positive relationships E - everyone is not having sex! Thank you for your consideration of supplying our character ed lessons with 20 reams of copy paper.
