The economic status of the community in which the school is located is on the lower end of the poverty scale. Over 70% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. My students are very academically driven. A high percentage of the 1100 students who attend the high school are enrolled in either Honors English, Dual English, or AP English. However, I have very limited resources to offer as support through the library's holdings. I am requesting 30 copies of The Essentials of MLA Style: A Guide to Documentation for Writers of Research Papers. Through your giving, you will empower the students of my high school to fully acquire the necessary skills for post-high school success. The ability to express knowledge in writing is a life-long skill that will touch every aspect of a student's life. Please help the students of my high school acquire and prefect that skill through your giving to this project. HIDE My students need 30 copies of "The Essentials of MLA Style: A Guide to Documentation for Writers of Research Papers".
