Imagine the pride of students as they view and explain their work on the large screen of a Smartboard! The students in my second grade, large city public school classroom would love to be able to do just that.

My seven and eight year-olds spend a great deal of time solving complex problems and creating presentations of their work. With the ability to scan and display their work, they will be able to discuss and revise their work as it is presented! At the moment, we use large poster paper to do this, but it is inefficient and very old-fashioned.

All we need is one flatbed scanner to allow me to post their work on the Smartboard. As students explain their work, and questions are raised by their classmates, they can make changes right then and there.
