Living in The American Revolution

My students/classroom needs 1 copy of the "Colonial America", "American Revolution Eye Witness", "American Revolution" and "Easy Simulation" books to create a virtual world as we discuss the Revolutionary time frame.

My classroom is a portal to the past, when you walk into the door be prepared to step back in time. The school I teach is part of a middle class community, I teach 8th Grade Social Studies with a wide variety of socio-economic needs.

With the current budget strains out district is faced with only offering the bare necessities (pencils, markers, etc.) With my teaching style I can't take my kids on the virtual trips or taking them into my portal without some of the additional materials.

I have asked for series of resource materials that allow the students to see and become part of the American Revolution. With the materials the kids will read first hand accounts of men and women who were part of the momentum changing moment. They will experience the passion that both Loyalist and Patriots felt for their cause. They will become part of the American Revolution.

With your help I can take my students and transport them the late 1700's when the world was about to change, you can help make the change happen!
