"Wasted Space" is the story of our classroom! I teach a fantastic group of 20 first graders in one of the fastest growing districts in our state! We live a great part of the state and the children here have many great opportunities!

With a constant increase of students and supplies, we are rapidly running out of places to keep everything. Much less keep it all organized! I want to first and foremost teach my students how to lead an organized academic lifestyle and how this will only benefit in the future. To understand this fully, they need to see me practice this theory as well.

I have found in our crowded classroom the most optimal storage space--under our white board! The shelves that we are asking for would fit perfectly underneath this board and make perfect use of this otherwise "wasted space"!

With these shelves I could organize more material so that students see how this type of work space really is beneficial to learning. Please give me and my students the opportunity to have an organized space and to take full advantage of our classroom layout.
