Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

"Choir nerds and Band Geeks, where are the geeks!!! I teach at an Elementary School to grades PK-6th grade and the 5th - 8th graders can join the extracurricular band and choir. Most of my band students cannot afford to rent an instrument from a local music store, and definitely could not afford to buy an instrument.

My band has grown tremendously in the past year, and currently I have no extra trumpets or coronets. At this point only students who can afford to rent from an outside company will be able to play trumpet next year in the band.

The solution is these two Barrington trumpets. I currently have one student playing on this instrument and we have not had to have any repairs and it still look beautiful after being in the hands of a middle school students for 2 years.

Please give the gift of music to 2 more students next fall. I would be very disheartened to have to send a student away because we didn't have any more instruments!
