I teach all subjects in 3rd grade. This is a rural school with a low income base of about 30% in the state of Utah. I have 21 students in my classroom.

Students love to go through the classroom library yet it is so very disorganized due to the fact we do not have enough bookcases to hold the classroom library in a fashion that we would like to teach the students to keep the organized books.

We need 4 bookcases to put organized books into categories where the students can be taught to find and place the books back correctly.

When a classroom is organized and the students are taught that things belong in places where they got them the learning and behavior is going to be better. An organized classroom leads to a well behaved classroom. They are also learning life long skills which the students will benefit from for many years to come.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
