My students need to create art in Social Social studies. We need a stained glass classroom kit, 288 colored pencils, and 120 matte boards to create art from the Middle Ages.

I am a first year social studies teacher who is trying to put an artwork lesson into my high school castleroom (also known as my classroom in the real world)!

My students have already painted our classroom walls into a castle to show their understanding of the Medieval Castle. We need to decorate our castle using student art representing the Middle Ages. Creating Coats of Arms and Stained Glass are examples of art during the time period and will allow students to show their personalities using art!!

We need a stained glass kit, colored pencils, and mattes so that students can create these art projects that show their personalities. We will then decorate their castle with their artwork!

A donation from you will allow students to experience art in a high school which is so often pushed aside for academics. This project mixes academics with art while empowering students to explore different career options!
