Music stretches the minds of many! I am a K-5 general music teacher for a public school with 250-300 students. Each student receives one music class each week and learns through singing, moving, playing, reading and listening. I feel it is important to help students function as an ensemble, which builds a sense of community and mutual support.

Students have requested more instruments and there is no budgetary funding available to meet this need. Instruments are available to students of all grade levels, so your purchase would be helpful to the whole population!

Please help supply kid-friendly drums so students can all play together without sharing an instrument. I need ten hand drums to supplement the six that are currently in my classroom. These instruments will allow more students to practice playing at the same time rather than wait for a turn.

Your donation will allow children to have more playing time instead of waiting for a turn with a few instruments that are passed around the room.
