Math Magicians in Kindergarten

My students need 25 storage bins, a math shelving unit, and Primary Measurement kit.

I teach all subjects to my Kindergarten class. My students come from military families and there is a lot of stress(emotional and financial) placed on those families, so supplies are limited.

My students are trying to master learning standards, but it is difficult to teach young children about measurement without any supplies.

My students need to see instruments of measurement (scales, rulers, clocks,thermometers) in order to understand the math vocabulary associated with measuring. We also need a place to store these items during the day.

You will make it possible for my young students to fully experience measuring. Math will be meaningful because the children will have the real supplies to use instead of just hearing the vocabulary and seeing pictures in a book. This knowledge is an essential part of passing grade level objectives. Thank you.
