I currently teach in a low-income based school. It is a Charter School, however we do not get a lot of funding for much needed classroom resources. I teach Kindergarten and currently have 18 students.

I love to do interactive writing with my students (creating interactive charts, classroom stories, etc.), however we do not have the resources to do as much writing as I would like to do with my students. My students come alive in their writing and I had to deprive them of having shared writing because of our lack of resources.

We need unruled chart tablets as well as 1.5 inch lined chart tablets. The unruled tablets provide my students with a fantastic opportunity to create stories and illustrations of their own. We use the ruled tablets when we are creating classroom interactive charts. This type of learning opportunity provides my students with the understanding that they are terrific writers and their imagination has no limit!

By providing these resources to my students, you are helping to provide them with the quality education that they deserve. I hate to see their learning hindered because of unavailable resources. Their love of writing and reading is my biggest joy! Thanks for helping to make all of this possible!
