"My school is a charter school in its second year of operation. Our students possess a wide variety of creative talents. We strive to educate the "whole child" and believe that music education is essential to developing creativity and encouraging life long learning.

As a project based school, we encourage our students to choose project topics reflecting their own interests and backgrounds. Many of our students have shown an interest in music and rhythms of other world cultures. Providing a variety of rhythmic instruments for our students will allow them to explore music from many world cultures and further develop their own musical talents.

We wish to provide a range of rhythmic instruments including tambourines, cowbells and conga drums for our students. Students will share hands-on music experiences as they research music and rhythms of other cultures.

Your generosity will help provide instruments for students who would otherwise not have access to music education. We look forward to offering our students this incredible opportunity. hide»

Dear David, Harold, JOHN, Patsy, Kitty and Kim,

The students and staff of our school would like to thank you for your generous donation to our classroom experience(s). Your donation towards "The Rhythm Section" for our school has provided our students with some cool tools to create music during lunch jam sessions in our music studio, bells to alert all students of town hall meetings in an entertaining way, and fun instruments to add to and build team unity in our daily advisory circles.

We appreciate your donation and are very thankful that you took the time to help our classroom.

With gratitude,
Mr. M.

Dear David, Harold, JOHN, Patsy, Kitty and Kim,

Thank you for your generous donations to help fund our Rhythm Section project. As a project-based charter school, we encourage our students to choose topics of their own interests. As a number of our students have shown interest in exploring the music and culture of other countries, your gift will bring in a number of rhythm instruments to assist our students in experiencing other cultures.

Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you for supporting projects that encourage students to explore music.

With gratitude,
Mr. M.
