My students need rock wall equipment, including a cinder block walls climbing system, hoop holds, and hand holds, for ALL grade levels to use and enjoy!

I teach in a very low socioeconomic area of South Carolina. Most of our children come from single parent homes and live in nearby apartment complexes or extended stay motels. Large portions of the students stay after school in programs until 6 or 7 at night when their parents get off work.

As a way of getting our students more active I am attempting to introduce as many activities as possible for our little ones. If they MUST stay at school from 7 in the morning until 7 at night, we want to make it as enjoyable as possible! Our school is labeled as Title I, and we would NEVER have the money on our own to provide our kids with something like this. Having a budget of only $500 a year for 450 kids in P.E. doesn't leave much wiggle room. . . What a wonderful experience it would be for these children to have a rock wall at school! If not at school they would never have this kind of activity available to them!

Providing a rock wall in our gym would provide endless hours of fun for not only our P.E. classes but also our after school programs! A rock wall unit in P.E. would be a dream come true for me AND my students! What a wonderful opportunity to make the most out of our situation!

Your donation would make it possible for many of our children to see and experience something they have never even dreamed of! Let's help them realize how much fun lifelong enjoyment of activity and sports can be! Please help me bring excitement into the lives of others with a new rock wall for our whole school to enjoy!!
