My students need 6 resources that help to inspire them to explore the world and discover its marvels, such as smocks, an ant farm, science goggles, bug boxes and color paddles.

I have a class of scientists! My Kindergarten class is full of children excited about learning. We have children from varied backgrounds and ethnicities all soaking up knowledge from the world around them.

My students look for plants with roots, bugs and seeds. Since I have informed them that they are all scientists, they are constantly making discoveries and are excited about all the things they can observe.

I know my children will go crazy observing the ant farm with their science goggles and smocks just like real scientists! The items I have requested, such as the color paddles, will further their passion for learning science. We can put some of the bugs we have collected into the magnifying bug boxes use our observational skills to learn more about them. The excitement that my children have is contagious and as they share their new discoveries with the children in other classes, they themselves are becoming the teachers, gaining confidence in their own learning!
