Little things can make such a BIG difference! I spend my days teaching amazing children with special needs in grades Kindergarten through second grade. Most of my students have autism and are in the regular education classroom. It is my job to help them be as successful as they can inside and outside of the classroom.

My children tend to have difficulty in transitioning from one activity to another and having visual aids to help them transition successfully is a large portion of their daily routine. Most of our visual aids are "cartoon-ish" type pictures and don't really relate to their daily lives. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have real pictures?! Doesn't that make more sense?!

My students would greatly benefit from a talking photo album that will tell them his/her schedule, as well as show them a real picture of themselves doing the actual activity. Not only will these talking photo albums help them with self-managing his/her daily schedules, but they will also aid in the teaching of social skills lessons. Wow!

Your generous donation will not only make my students' days easier but will also help them become more independent with his/her daily routines. What a fabulous learning tool! Thank you so much for your consideration in helping some really fantastic children have even more successful days in school!
