I teach 23 highly-motivated, creative and comical little geniuses, and I want to share their everyday learning with their families.

My smart and wonderful bunch of first grade students are so talented, but we are in need of a unique way to showcase their talents

A laptop computer with a DVD burner would allow us to make slide shows with movie clips of our classroom activities. This would afford us the opportunity to record our learning and make movies to share with our families. As a working mom, I would love to be able to catch a glimpse of what my children do in the classroom. Pictures and movie clips from my students' perspective would take their learning to the next level and give them ownership. Instead of just telling their families about what we are learning, my students would be able to show them.

Think of how exciting it would be for a child to have a hand in making a movie about their learning experiences. This is an inspiring memory that would last throughout their school years. Your donation would make this dream possible for my students!
