My students need a LCD projector to show newspaper articles, video clips, and powerpoint presentations.

I am a new teacher in a low socioeconomic area with amazing students who need to see what the world has to offer.

In order to teach my Journalism students about the media and current events, I need to be able to show them what good news reporting looks like.

If I receive a LCD projector, I will be able to stream clips online of current events and news reporting. I will also post newspaper articles on a big screen and use Powerpoint presentations.

Your help will engage my students and help them realize what is going on in the world around them. It will create awareness and make them think of the possibilities outside of their current environment.
