Help my children D.R.E.A.M. big! I teach English Language Learners to K-3 students in an inner-city community with a high poverty and unemployment rate.

The global outsourcing of the textile, furniture, and agriculture industries has highly affected the community economically. Students need to see for themselves that with an education they can dream big and find a career in other fields that can give them security.

We need career puppets to introduce the various careers in the medical, mathematical, science, health, and other fields. They will be used as a means of communication for all the English Language Learners and a starting point to conduct research on a particular field of interest.

Think back in your life some time when you wished someone had enlightened you about something or someone that could have made a positive influence on you and your choices in life. Your donation will help enlighten these little ones and show them what is available to them in their own community and what steps they need to take to get where they want and to dream big and succeed.
