English Language Learners Need A Laptop Computer

My English Language Learners need an Acer portable laptop computer to help them learn English. Sophisticated computer software is available for students to help them learn English.

I teach English to new immigrant students from non-English speaking countries in grades 9-12. My school is a high need school because of the poverty level of the surrounding neighborhood.

My Students love to work with computers. The more computers available to them, the better. On average my students spend about 5-6 hours online per day at home and school. A computer in my classroom would help them advance their computer skills.

My students need a computer that is able to work on a wireless connection so we can use it in several different classrooms. It should be able to burn Cd's and play DVDs. There are unlimited computer programs that can be utilized on a computer with these specifications. The students will be able to do research projects, write reports and resumes using this computer. They will advance themselves toward graduation, careers, and success.

Your help will ensure that hundreds of students succeed in this computer aged world. You will make it possible for my students to gain careers in computer fields. This is an important project for today's students. Your generous help will make a tremendous difference in the lives of these at risk students.
