Getting inked isn't always a bad thing!!! I am not talking about tattoos here people, I am talking about good old fashion ink you use in a printer. Hello! I am a fifth grade teacher in the nation's capital. As Washington, DC prepares for another president, my class is preparing for another school year. And one of our more dire needs is plain old ink!

We are one of the fortunate few to have a printer in our classroom. However, along with this privilege comes the responsibility of keeping it inked. And that's where we are having a little difficulty. During the school year, we will complete several different projects and papers that require us to print out materials for our use. We will need to print pictures, papers, research, etc. to make our projects and papers complete.

All we need is a very generous donation to cover the cost of the ink we will use this year. My students will be responsible for typing and publishing many things, including writings that they have created during class. They will need to print research from the Internet for projects and papers throughout the year. Basically, we need the ink for all sorts of things. And that's where you come in. Please help us out. (Imagine here that I am giving you the puppy dog eyes with the pouty lip ;~)
