"Let's write a message to our generous donors together!" I am a new kindergarten teacher freshly out of graduate school this new school year. I have spent the last week setting up my very own "new" classroom and unfortunately I am sad with the limited supplies, materials and furniture I have to offer my diverse, urban young students.

Early this week I found my easel on the floor and when I tried to open it up I realized it was missing a leg and there was a huge deep scratch across the dry erase board side. This was my biggest fear, since much of my whole-class lessons, and modeling are done directly on the dry-erase/chart paper easel while my kindergarten students sit on the carpet to watch, read, and/or come up to help "compose" a message.

Thus, I am here, asking that you can help me by donating so that I can receive a dry-erase board/ chart paper easel.
