My students need an All-In-One Printer, Scanner, Copier.

I am a middle school counselor with students in grades 6, 7 and 8 who are constantly needing a copy of something from me.

When students come to me for counseling sessions, questions, enrolling, or whatever it may be, the end result is that I always need to print or give them a copy of something. The problem is, I do not have easy access to a printer/copier. In order to use the nearest printer, I have to log in to another computer outside of my office. The nearest copier is down the hall, again away from my office. The majority of students I encounter who need some type of copy are coming to me in confidence and being able to service them in a confidential setting without having to leave my office would be so much more beneficial.

I need an All-In-One Printer/Copier/Scanner to better serve my students. This printer would be used for student schedules, online gradebook passwords, notifications for class functions, online testing preparation, confidential hard copies of counseling sessions, various testing (IEP, GT), and the list goes on. Having this printer in my office would save time and give the students needed privacy.

Funding this project would ensure my students would receive the confidential information in a timely manner getting them back to class as quick as possible and with the information they need. So, make it possible to "Print Me Easy"!
