I am a second grade teacher at a large school for second and third grade students. We have a wonderful "salad bowl" of students from different cultures and backgrounds. Our school population includes some English As A Second Language Learners.

As a school, it has become our focus to offer our students a strong background in SCIENCE. We have taken an extra classroom in our school and are hoping to convert it into a HANDS ON SCIENCE LAB where all of our 800 second and third graders will engage in SCIENCE experiments on a bi-weekly rotation.

The study of SCIENCE could be like participating in a MAGIC SHOW to little children! You know science naturally has that "AWE" effect!! We want to inspire our students, unfortunately, our SCIENCE LAB, is currently an empty room and we need your help to "pull that rabbit out of a hat!"

SO, ABRACADABRA!!! - Can you make it all appear? We need microscopes and magnets! We need thermometers and flashlights! We want to amaze our students with the MAGIC of SCIENCE!
